Bring Me BackWho am I that cries to God,
Who am I to come to You,
That You should pour Your Spirit out on me,
Who am I to ask of You,
In my flesh I weep and scream,
In my pride I demand,
In my doubt I beg of You,
As if You begrudgingly give,
So God I ask for Your Spirit,
And I know I don't deserve,
A single glance from You,
No, not even one word,
And yet You gave Your life for me,
You are Holy, You are good,
Even when I had to convince myself,
I know You understood,
You brought hardship to my life,
And You understand my pain,
This meekness I feel is not a sin,
You made me feel this way,
I know You want me to pursue You,
My flesh is selfish; my Spirit scar
A Sheep on the Open PlainHe made me with purpose
And sings my name
I listen by the water
Laying secure within His power
The Lord of All is my shepherd
He gives the sweet coolness to the shade
I can sleep soundly on the open grass
For any to see on the sunlit plain
And I shall rest content
Without fear of any bane
No anxiety shall trouble me
Nor predator pursue
For God is my fence
Roof, wall, and quietude
God's Love: Something to Die ForI hear a lot that, as Christians, we are not meant to strive to be in God’s will. But really, this is only half true.
Jesus said His yoke is easy, and His burden is light. Yet how could it have been when He suffered the most torturous death known in human history? He was betrayed by one of His closest friends. His own siblings doubted Him along with the rest of the people He knew in His hometown. He had no real place to call home, and wandered being loved by some and judged wrongly by many. His life was hard, and he went through great emotional and physical hardship.
But even still, He is described as the most joyful person in the worl
Boldness to witnessMy Spirit makes all the difference, child. I gave Peter and John great courage to wtiness despite the threats against them. The onslaught of attacks did not silence them; instead, the opposition fuel their courage and desire to spread the message of my Son.
If you ask, I will give you boldness to speak on my behalf. Will you speak?
My Spirit indwells you, dear one. You are the recipient of forgiveness-my great message of hope. You are my mouthpiece, the purveyor of grace to others. Tell them about my wonder-working power and my gift, which was bought by my precious Son. Be bold today.
StandYou are my child, my special creation, and I love to share this world with you. Sadly, while you and I walk together in peace, there are many who oppose me, just as men oppesed my prophet Jeremiah. Those adversaries will confront you, trying to drag you away or sow doubt and fear into your heart. But because my love is more powerful than their hate, nothing they do can keep me from you. Nothing they say can ever diminish my passion for you.
You are my child, adopted into my kingdom and loved beyond measure. So stand tall, dear one, in the full confidence that I am with you. Together, through the power of my Holy Spirit, we will resist the ev

You Led me into the StormI trusted you.
I followed you.
Why have you led me
into this storm?
My faith has become
a rocking boat;
I feel abandoned
in my despair.
How can you sleep?
Awake, o Lord!
Why have you led me
into this storm?
I followed you
into danger and fear -
why have you brought me here?
But you have power
over this storm,
and you have a purpose
in leading me here.
I said I would follow
wherever you go -
so teach me to trust you
even in the storm,
and help me remember
I am never alone.
Bouquet Of Roses On Your GraveWith shallow steps I am walking
Dragging my struggling feet forward
A bouquet of white roses rests heavily in my arms
I placed them there, right next to my heart
Their white color shines bright at me
Their petals slings around my hands
As their sharp thorns digs deeper into my skin
Around me there is a gnawing silence
Accompanied by a ever darkening sky
Gray clouds moves aside around the full moon
Green grass leads the way
To the memories of those past away
My eyes searches around
Old tombstones drizzled by dry leafs
Only cold graves looks back at me
Before my eyes meet the place that is yours
With every displaced step
PetitionBiblical Missiology has recently put up a very important petition.
Some mission agencies, Wycliffe, Frontiers and SIL, are producing Bibles that remove "Father", "Son" and "Son of God" because those terms are offensive to Muslims.
The petition is trying to get them NOT to produce those Bibles.
Please have a look at the links below.
