Transforming PowerMany people love to play games that test their knowledge. Recently, some friends and I were testing a Bible-knowledge game. Since we were seated in an open area of school, those nearby could hear our conversation. Soon questions ranging from Noah's Ark to the women at the well being answered by those within earshot of us.
A knowledge of the Bible is important, but God desires us to be saturated with His Word and to internalize it so we can grow in our relationship with Him. The Holy Spirit uses the Word to make us more like Christ. Consider these benefits of internalizing the Bible: joy and rejoicing; spiritual success; a tool in spiritual warfare; correction; light for our path; wisdom with problem solving; and stimulating faith.
Learning about the Bible just to increase our knowledge can lead to spiritual pride. But allowing the Holy Spirit to transform us by the Word helps us navigate through life's twists and turns and respond in love to God and to teach others. Many books can info
Research of the Orgin The research is still far from complete yet I have made a great find. The origin of SlenderMan. Many people think it originated from a game, contest, or movie. None of those theories are true. The real origin is dated as far back as to before the earliest colonization in America. The early settlers of America built the lost town of Roanoke. The town got short on supplies and men were sent back to Europe to get more supplies. However, b the time the men got back, the life filled town had literally disappeared. The only thing that was left to find was a piece of wood with unreadable carvings on it. The carvings were of an unknown language, even to the Native Americans. Many theories have sprung up to explain the disappearing of Roanoke. None of the theories are accurate. The SlenderMan has been proven by my associates, who are part of a government research facility that I shall not reveal the name nor location, to be involved in the disappearing of Roanoke. The SlenderMan, I have s

Make It PersonalA youth pastor enjoys interacting with teenagers, trying to guide them to a purposeful, Christlike-characterized by love for God and love for others. Their goal is to prepare them to live for God throughout life. That would happen only as they made their faith a vital part of life through the help of the Holy Spirit. Those who don’t follow Christ floundered after they left the influence of Christian teachers and parents.
This is demonstrated in the story of King Joash of Judah and his uncle Jehoriada. Jehoiada, a wise counselor, influenced Joash to live a God honoring life. The problem was that Joash did not embrace an honorable life as his own. After Jehoiada died, King Joash “left the house of the LORD” (2 Chronicles 24:18) and began to worship in a pagan way. He turned and became so evil that he had Jehoiada’s son murdered.
Having someone in our lives to guide us towards faith and Christlikeness can be good and helpful. Even better is getting to know the Lord
