It’s the largest city of the interior of the Eastern Sands region and is located on the shores of the continent's second largest lake.
The city is heavily into commerce and has very close ties to the port city of Helum.   

The city is known for its cosmopolitan ways and is one of the few Nlian cities to have skyscrapers.
The famous Silver Towers are the tallest skyscrapers on the continent.
The city is also known for its searchlights and elaborate light displays
The city is called the City of Light Towers as a result.
